When using my thermador oven in the self-cleaning mode, the inside glass panel completely shattered. This was the second or third time that I had used the oven in this self-cleaning mode. The cleaning was at the 55 minute mark of a two-hour cleaning.

The oven in this report experienced a random failure of the inner door glass. The outer glass remained intact. That occurrence does not identify a significant consumer hazard.
