Note that the Consumer Product Safety Act provides for this figure to adjust annually by the percentage increase in the Consumer Price Index for all urban consumers published by the Department of Labor. See 15 U.S.C. § 2063(i)(3)(E)(ii). This figure will be adjusted upwards in early 2017 based on figures to be provided by the Department of Labor. The size of the adjustment is still unknown, but if your company's revenues are currently $900,000 or more, we recommend that you defer registering with the CPSC until the new figures are released. If you register before the release and your revenues exceed the maximum allowed amount as adjusted in 2017, you must notify the CPSC to cancel your registration or potentially face penalties.

Registration in the Small Batch Manufacturers’ Registry means that only covered products manufactured by the registered firm do not have to be third party tested.
Registration does not mean that ALL children’s products manufactured by a registered company have not been third party tested. Regardless of whether a company is
registered in the Small Batch Manufacturers’ Registry, all manufacturers still must comply with the underlying requirements of all applicable children’s product safety rules.

CPSC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or adequacy of the contents of the Publicly Available Consumer Product Safety Information Database on SaferProducts.gov, particularly with respect to information submitted by people outside of CPSC.
