The off-white module plugs into the wall and measures about 5 inches long at the top and 4 inches long at the bottom, 2.45 inches high at the center and 1.39 inches wide at bottom. It has electric outlets on both sides and signal strength indicators at the top. Recalled modules have the first four digits of the serial numbers ranging from 1115 through 1440.
