    Incident Description: Baked chicken at 400 degrees for one hour in a rectangular Anchor hocking baking dish. Removed from oven, placed on counter. Removed chicken to serving platter. Within 5 minutes the pan exploded. Glass went everywhere. Luckily no one was hurt.
