    Incident Description: Went to open pressure cooker. Turned the valve to release the pressure and it did not release. Attempted to repeat this step with no change. Went to turn the lid and open the cooker. Pressure cooker contents burst and burned me.

    Incident Description: Consumer was cooking pea soup in the pressure pot XL. Consumer walked into the room where the pea soup was cooking and the pressure pot lid exploded all over the consumer.
