    Incident Description: I was using a glass coffee/tea mug and was pouring hot water from a kettle into the mug when I heard a large crack and the entire mug cracked in multiple places while I was holding it and boiling water spilled out all over the counter and burned my hand.

    Incident Description: I bought a Mainstays Stacked Lamp Base from WalMart in the fall of 2015. Yesterday, it burst into flames, at the base. Luckily it was caught very quickly and extinguished, but the room took heavy soot damage. This product is very dangerous!
