    Incident Description: 6 month old boy admitted to the hospital after his 3 y/o sister fed him a bottle of Visine (tetrahydrozoline hydrochloride). Child required medications to increase heart rate, and child was intubated. Child hospitalized overnight in the intensive care unit.
