    Incident Description: Lasko tower heater model 5397 plug overheats at outlet. Cord also over heats at base of tower. Does this in all outlets including outlets with breakers. Heater gives off noxious smell that causes coughing and sore throat. Concerned fumes are toxic.
    Business Comments:
    (1/22/2014) Sent customer prepaid label to return unit for inspection. Customer declined to return unit. Customer likely describing resistance heating within receptacle due to poor connectivity within receptacles.
