Consumer stated that this was his second time purchasing the toaster oven, the unit was off for approximately 2 hours when it exploded shattering glass peices all over the kitchen floor.

Consumer stated this was the second incident, the first had happened on 3/2/11 with the first toaster oven.

Consumer stated that he contacted the manufacturer and was informed that they didn't manage small appliances, he should return it to the store he purchased it from.

Consumer feels that this product is a safety hazard and should be taken off the market.
