Consumer stated that the wires in her dishwasher have melted and are pressed up against the heat disperser. Her motherboard melted initially and was serviced by a technician in May or June of last year for the motherboard. The consumer inspected the product stopped working as the start button wouldn’t operate the machine and concluded the melted wires posing a fire hazard. The consumer called the manufacturer on June 7, 2011 and spoke the manager of the firm. The manager didn't offer to assist her in anyway. The consumer has yet to call the retailer. The consumer mentioned the damage did not spread to the structure of her home. The panel is charred and burned on the inside. The consumer has noticed many online reports involving similar problems with similar products and some instances resulting in home fires. The consumer stated that her product didn't catch fire or smoke. The product was serviced last year also for the springs that pull the doors up and down for the dishwasher. One occasion she was struck and bruised on her right shin when she pulled the door of the dishwasher fell on her. The product stopped working 3 days ago.
