9/2010 Consumer stated that the base that was attached to the Rocker chair broke off and caused her to fall on the floor, there was no injury, she contacted the company and it was replaced , however, approximately 2-3 months later the same problem re-occurred.

Consumer stated that her weight is not a factor because she weighs far less than the proposed weight for the chair.

6/2011 Consumer contacted manufacturer and requested to have regular chairs rather than the Rocker chair because it was unsafe.

Consumer feels that this product is a safety hazard and should be reported
