The consumer says a child can get hurt with product. The consumer says there is a steel bar with a spring in the middle that makes it able to fold. The consumer says the spring piece is not clicking into place the way that it is supposed to. The consumer says that there is a warning label stating to make sure that the product is clicked into place. The consumer says the hazard is that someone can fall through it if it does not properly snap into place.

Thank you for contacting us regarding this product issue. We do not believe that when assembled in its recommended use position it presents a hazard to the occupant but we do understand you may have had difficulties in assembly or the unit did not perform as you expected.

We understand the situation has been addressed to your satisfaction and we have sent prepaid mailing labels to you so we could receive the unit back for review. Once we receive this unit back and review it we will contact you again to discuss our findings.
