I purchased a Patio furniture set from Sears about 4 years ago that was manufactured by a company called Garden Oasis. Earlier this year one of the adjustable recline chairs failed causing me to fall backward when the recline mechanism broke. I received a severe cut on my leg.
I sent an e-mail to Sears Customer Service but received no reply. I then called the Company phone no. listed in the Owners manual and the sent me replacment parts at no charge.
Last night another failure happened ncausing me to fall backward only prventing injury because I was close to aa wall which limited my fall. I only weigh 180 lbs and was sitting in the upright position which should not have caused any problem.
These chairs are very dangerous and other owners of this product need to be notified of the potential problem to prevent serious injury.
