RE: LG Refrigerator Freezer on the bottom
Model # LFC25760TT

Before we went to bed, we smelled something burning in the kitchen. Upon opening the frig door we saw that the light bulbs in the control console were melting all the surrounding structures and the interior of the frig was warm, the top shelf was hot. The control console had dropped down tilting to the right being held by one support structure which had not yet melted through.

We shut off the power and took down the light cover and removed the bulbs. We have reported to the manufacturer and to Home Depot where we bought it in 2007. The refrigerator is only 4 years old and was expensive.
