The consumer says the mattress had a toxic odor. Her and her husband both got sick. They had burning eyes, and throat was bothering her. She called the manufacturer to find out what was in it. She was told it was made with polyurethane. The manufacturer told her that in order to release the gases they should jump on the mattress and roll around. The consumer's concern is that they claim the order would dissipate. She feels that this would make it more dangerous. She complained about it to the retailer and got a refund. Her husband and her feel that this product should not be sold without a warning label and full disclosure of what its made of. The manufacturer told her she should pour baking soda on the mattress.
