There have been more than several occasions that my now toddler has gotten his leg stuck between the rails of this crib. BSF Baby - Sleigh 4-in-1 Crib.
The vertical rails of the bed are large enough for him to fit his leg but then it does get stuck at the knee. This has caused bruising, redness and swelling of his leg. It is very painful and removing his leg is even more difficult. On a few occasions I thought we may have to actually break the bed rails to remove him.
I contacted the company on June 13th and they opened a case for me ( Issue #[REDACTED]). I have responded to the email as instructed and have still not received any response from them. I believe this is a safety concern and we will be throwing this crib away and purchasing a new one. Although the quality of a cheap crib may not be the greatest I believe that the safety should be held to the same standards as nicer cribs.

Issue Description:
Submitted by direct email to custservice.

To whom it may concern, We purchased the "Sleigh 4-in-1 Crib" a year and a half ago. We have been having some issues with our now 15 month old getting his leg stuck between the slats of the crib. With or without a bumper have proved to have the same result, and we are seriously considering replacing the crib with a more suitable one. However I wanted to inform your company of this issue so any necessary action can be taken and also to provide the opportunity for your response. This is an ongoing problem and it is painful and leaves my child with marks and bruises because he has become so wedged between them. If you have a reasonable solution I welcome your advice. I have checked for any product recalls but I have not yet found any. I have a hard time believing we are the only family with this problem. Thank you for your time. I do hope to hear something back on this matter, [REDACTED]

Here is my response as of Monday June 25. I have received nothing in return:

Hello,

Should I be expecting any sort of response on this? I would like to know if the company has any response before I purchase a new crib or write any reviews of the product.

Thank you,

[REDACTED]

At this time I would just like to know that they will be held accountable for the safety liability before someone's child does get hurt.
