The consumer stated that she was using her electric range for approximately 30 minutes before the incident.
The consumer stated that where the middle coil that came around on the front right burner became extremely red and burnt a hole through her pan. The consumer stated that the coil exploded and disconnected from the other coil.

The consumer stated that when the coil exploded the pan was full with oil and this cause it to cause a fire.

The consumer stated that she moved the pan over and oil was pouring all over from underneath the pan. The consumer stated that she put the fire out by hitting it with a towel.
The consumer stated that she turned off the burner and she disconnected the range.

The consumer stated that the front right burner no longer works.

The consumer stated that no one was injured and there were no damages to her home structure.
The consumer believes this product should be investigated due to the fire hazard that it poses.
