My wife was getting sheets out of our ge dryer model dbl333eb3ww and they were stuck between the drum and the frame. She was trying to pull them out and received an electrical shock. I figured it was her and not the machine so I tried to pull the sheets out and sure enough I got shocked too (240V not a static shock). I just took the dryer apart and do not see any obviously frayed wires that are touching the frame, but thought it should go into some database a a potentially dangerous product.

Thanks
