My ten year old son was trying to open a bottle of water with his teeth (yes we told him not too) and was squeezing the bottle as well. The cap projected to be back of his throat where he proceeded to choke until my husband dislodged it with the Heimlich maneuver. My concern is the bottle cap design. It is very short, lightweight and flexible. I understand companies want to use less plastic, but this has created a dangerous situation. The water bottle was from Sams Club but upon looking at the other water bottles available, [REDACTED] had the same design. I'm sure there are others.
