Had been using Shark Steam Mop for about 10-15 min, as manufacturing recommends, using a pushing/pulling motion which "pumps" the handle to generate steam. Suddenly the mop head blew off, and scalding hot steam and water shot out in about a 2 ft radius for several seconds until pressure wss released.
