Caller is reporting a Charger model#230-1775 with no serial number found.

March 6th, 2014 the caller had her charger lying on her pillow while charging her [REDACTED].

The [REDACTED] had been plugged into the charger for approximately ten hours.

She had been reading via her [REDACTED], closed it then fell asleep.

She woke up on March 7th, 2014, smelling smoke, she immediately unplugged the [REDACTED] but when she lifted the charger off of the pillow she noticed that the charger had melted and burned a hole in the pillow and the pillow case.

She unplugged the charger then she wet a washcloth to douse the burn spot to avoid any chance of fire.

She was unnerved, called the retailer Customer Service and filed report# [REDACTED].
She contacted the manufacturer/retailer [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] and has surrendered the pillowcase, [REDACTED], charger and pillow to the retailer.

She will be attaching pictures to this report before returning.

There are no injuries to report
