Revlon Perfect Heat 1" Curling Iron, Model RV051
11/15/2013 This date is an estimate
My wife was curling her hair yesterday and received a nasty shock from the cord end of the curling iron. The cord has a swivel end on it, but the cord had split in two right where it connects leaving the two bared ends exposed. She received a 1/4" circle burn on her wrist out of this. This item should be recalled. She very well could have been more seriously injured had she not dropped the curling iron.
