Tempur Pedic
Tempur-pedic cloude luxe
We purchased a Tempur-pedic memory foam bed. When it arrived it had a strong chemical odor to it.
We contacted the saleman and Tempur-pedic and were told this was temporary and would soon dissipate. It did not dissipate, but only got worse. Worst of all, both my wife and I began having headaches, sore throats and difficulty breathing. After two weeks with no relief we called the retailer (Macys) to have the beds removed.

It seems clear that Tempur-pedic mattresses emit a toxic chemical which causes serious health problems. Would like to know what fumes are emenating from the mattresses (formaldehyde?) and why they caused us to get sick.
