My son had woken up from his morning nap. I was on my way up the stairs to get him when I heard a slam then crying. When I got into his room I noticed his leg sticking outside his crib. When I tried to remove his leg from the crib it was stuck. I did not know if it was broken or not because he would not stop crying. I needed to call 911 for assistance. When help arrived the police/paramedics needed to cut of my sons [REDACTED] as well as saw off one of the slats of the crib in order to remove his leg from the crib.

Thank you for posting your comments. We take these matters very seriously and appreciate consumer feedback. We regret that you have encountered this issue, but it is important to note that this crib has been fully tested by a 3rd-party testing laboratory and meets all regulations, including the requirement for slat spacing. All cribs on the market will have very similar spacing, and as with all cribs that have openings created by slat spacing, there is always a small risk the legs going through the opening.
