I have a real concern about the following product: "Storkcraft Long Horn Bunk Bed, White"

I bought this bunk bed from Walmart.com on 5/25/2014 and received it early June 2014. I assembled the beds separately (both on the floor) because they did not appear sturdy.
My hunches were true, and on the first day, the main rail (labeled C1) collapsed as soon as my 10 year old daughter sat on it (73 lbs). She may have sat on it with some excitement as it was a new bed in her new shared room. I have a photo that shows it, incident happened on 6/17/2014.
I contacted Storkcraft and they sent a replacement rail.
On 6/30, I found out that the rail on the second bed was cracked severely and may collapse while my other daughter slept on it (7 years old, 60 lbs). I have a photo that shows it as well. I contacted Storkcraft again and they sent me another replacement rail.
On 7/29/2015, about 13 months later, the first bed's rail collapsed again when my 10 year old sat on it. I have a photo of this as well.

Three failures of the rail in less than 13 months made me realize that these beds are dangerous and of an inferior quality, and should be recalled before real injuries occur.
I used my common sense and did not install them as bunk beds, that could be ending in serious injuries if one of my daughters would have fallen from the upper bed due to structural failure (of a fairly new bed).

I contacted Storkcraft again, but this time they requested that I would pay for the part because it wasn't covered by their warranty. I replied that I would prefer spending money on a new bed instead and I let them know what I think about their beds.

I am contacting you in the hope that you would force this company to issue a safety recall and either replace the beds or refund all of its customers.
