I bought a Kenmore Pro double oven in 2010 Model number 790.42003605. About a year after I bought the appliance it started beeping fluctuating between temps, top oven would never work properly. Had techs come out to fix it he told be that I shouldn't be using both ovens at the same time, and that these appliances only last 5 years. He said he fixed the panel but it continued to happen. A cupel weeks ago I was making chocolate chip cookies in the top oven and bottom, the top oven became extremely hot and burned the cookies within a 1-2min time period. On 10/19/2015 I was cooking meat loaf in top oven and brownies in lower oven. My daughter and I were sitting in the kitchen and heard a pop, she was like that was your oven. I said no its fine, a couple seconds after that the oven started beeping and flashed F 10 error. The top oven somehow went to broil mode and was burning the meat loaf when I went to open it. I kept bring to turn it off but it kept on hearing to the point where the outside of the oven became extremely hot. We finally got it to turn off. If I was not home and decided to use the automatic timer Im pretty sure my house would have burned down. I have read many complaints on this oven every one of them has the exact same issue. When will you recall this? When someone gets hurt or when some ones house burns down? Sears will not help, they are rude, Im not paying for something that should be recalled! This is my second oven from this company, the first oven was a [REDACTED], now I've learned that it was recalled but after I got rid of it because it was doing the same thing this one is.
