I had something weird happen with my one year olds mam pacifier. She was walking with it in her mouth and tripped and I noticed she was trying to scream but couldn't and I saw her paci had broken off and part of it was in her throat. I got it out but it was really scary. I wanted to let y'all know so maybe you could figure out if there's a problem.

At MAM, safety is our top priority. All MAM products meet or exceed all CPSC requirements and included in those requirements for pacifiers are structural integrity tests. Teething can start as early as 3 months of age, and therefore all of our pacifiers are accompanied with the warning that states - “inspect carefully before each use, especially when the child has teeth” and “throw away at the first signs of damage or weakness”. We appreciate being informed of consumer issues, as it gives us the opportunity to address any concerns, and gain feedback on our products. Consumers can call us toll free at 866-949-1174

CPSC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or adequacy of the contents of the Publicly Available Consumer Product Safety Information Database on SaferProducts.gov, particularly with respect to information submitted by people outside of CPSC.
