The consumer indicates that he noticed that the dishwasher capsule soap did not completely dissolve in three different occasions and hence left a lot of residue in the machine and on the dishes and silverware.

The consumer read the back of the packaging and it stated that ingesting the product causes serious harm to consumers' health.

The consumer plans on keeping his dishwasher capsule soap for at least the next thirty days in case an investigation ensues.

The consumer enclosed poor quality pictures of both sides of container.

The consumer will save the container and 3 soap packets for your reference if required.

What he is concerned about is a soap deposit left on forks etc that might not be observed. I saw deposits O <- This size! I have never seen that before on other soap brands!
