I have one of your chairs that the power supplies have a recall on. (17-083)
https://www.cpsc.gov/Recalls/2017/La-Z-Boy-Recalls-Power-Supplies-Sold-With-Lift-Chairs
My cord had already deteriorated and because of safety we disposed of it due to pets. Our intentions of replacing it but still haven't. I do not have the lot number that the recall asks for. I pulled the serial number. (ser.# 3542510201581186)
Will you still send me a replacement?
any help with this would greatly be appreciated.

Comment from La-Z-Boy Incorporated 4/3/2017
We regret this consumer’s experience with our product, but we are not able to assist him. He indicates that the power cord with his lift chair, which was manufactured in 2010, became frayed. His chair was not part of La Z Boy’s recent recall of power supplies, which was not related to power cords. Cords can fray if pulled around edges, vacuumed over, chewed by pets, etc. The report indicates that the consumer previously disposed of his power supply, and he may wish to contact a local dealer about purchasing a replacement.
