This report/complaint is about the following office chair I purchased new on amazon on February 1, 2019 - product name and link to amazon page where I purchased follow:

Product Name: Chairlin Ergonomic Office Chair Mesh Task Chair Mid Back Desk Chair with Lumbar Support Black by CHAIRLIN

https://www.amazon.com/Chairlin-Ergonomic-Office-Lumbar-Support/dp/B07HGP65NP/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8

Despite having 4 legs with rollers, the chair is extremely unstable and, being very lightweight, tips over VERY easily (I am a 69 year old male). On July 1, 2019, I went to sit down and the entire chair slid out from under me causing me to hit my office floor squarely on a shoulder for which I have already received 2 Cortisone injections for rotator cuff problems. I hit the floor so hard I thought I broke my shoulder and for several days could not raise my right - and dominant - arm above my waist. I remain in pain 6 days later and, coincidentally, already had an appointment with my orthopedic surgeon scheduled July 9, 2019 who will order MRI and presumably take more xrays at time of appointment to compare with xrays take previously. NB: I am 5' 10" tall and weigh 170 lbs and in overall good health.

The chair is made in China, there is no support available in the USA. Attempts to contact the US importer/amazon seller Aerair Stores were unsuccessful and amazon was not able to provide me with contact information. NB: I followed the assembly instructions to the letter.
