Slumbertime 4-in-1 Convertible crib
Simmons Kids Slumbertime 4-in-1 convertible
My daughter woke up this morning in her crib. She often wakes up and doesn't make a sound. Upon hearing her first sound we found that her little foot was stuck between the slabs of the crib. She is only 8 months old. Luckily we were able to get her immediately so no injury was done, however, this could have potentially been far worse and for parents who do not have video monitoring they could not even know what happened if there was an injury. The crib is a Simmons Kids Slumbertime Monterey 4-in-1. This is highly dangerous and I hope by writing this that someone will check into this. The crib slats are placed too far apart if a child can get their foot caught in it. Again, we can provide a video of her foot caught in the crib.

Please be aware that our crib slats adhere to the mandated federal requirements which established the slat dimensions and spacing in order to avoid head entrapment.
