Consumer purchased a microwavable pet disk for a pet bed. She followed manufacturer instructions & have been using it the same for a few weeks. It smoldered & burned through the pet bed, a throw under the bed and the carpet under that. No injuries.

  • Incident Description: I purchased a snuggle safe microwavable pet disk for a pet bed. I followed the manufacturer instructions and have been using it the same for a few weeks. It smoldered and burned through the pet bed, a throw under the bed and the carpet under that. I purchased this through Amazon and have notified the seller and manufacturer. Amazon will not let me post that it is a fire hazard. I supplied pictures.
