Report Summary

A 64 YOM eating a burger grilled on a home grill found a wire bristle in his mouth. Had cleaned the grill prior to cooking with a grill brush that had been recently purchased. Upon closer examination of the brush, discovered another wire that was easily dislodged with a tug.
