Incident Description: Caller stated that the knobs on the stove when turn on had a clicking sound, he then noticed that the rear knob started to emit flames. The fire extinguisher was used to contain the fire. The fire department was also called out and the gas was turned off. 2/11/16 The manufacturer was contacted and he was advised that a service technician would be sent out 2/12/16, the technician came out and reported back to the manufacturer. Caller feels that the range is a fire hazard and should be recalled.
