Incident Description: My fiancé and I had purchased 3 spa sensations memory foam mattresses from Walmart.com about 2 years ago. In the span of this time we had 1 mattress spill it's fiberglass flame retardant layer over an entire room. Now, after finally getting that cleaned up and losing tons of money because of having to throw out stuffed animals, clothing, bedding and other furniture, we now have a second incident with a twin size mattress in my daughter's room. We will now once again end up taking another hit for stuffed animals, toys, bedding, clothing, and carpet cleaning because this layer was not manufactured properly. This product needs to be investigated. Fiberglass should not be used in bedding in any way.

This customer was fully satisfied by the response of our customer service team and we consider this matter closed. We use a common and federally approved fire barrier instead of chemicals to protect our mattresses and somehow this customers was damaged over time.
