MOF was taking nap in bassinet when consumer went to check on her & noticed that girl was slumped in corner of bassinet because half of bassinet collapsed. She didn't fall out of it. Consumer took her out. Consumer found that bassinet bottom support board cracked in half.

  • Incident Description: My 4 month old daughter was talking a nap in her Halo Swivel Bassinest. When I went to check on her, I noticed that she was slumped in a corner of the bassinet because half of the bassinet had collapsed. Luckily, she did not fall out of it but she easily could have. I immediately took her out so she would not injure herself. Upon closer inspection, it appeared that the bassinet bottom support board had cracked in half. She is only fourteen pounds so this should not have happened. I was extremely alarmed because she could have really been injured. This product was purchased brand new. I want to make sure that other babies are not injured.
