  • Incident Description: I purchased an Ingenuity Dream and Grow bassinet today and placed my two month old in it for the first time this evening. Within an hour, he had basically slid over to one side and his face was pressed up against the side. There is only a support bar on one side and basically causes the mattress to slant. I believe this product has a major design flaw that needs to be addressed immediately. The middle of the mattress also appears to dip, which may also contribute to the rolling/ sliding issue.
