8 MOF child died in a infant inclined sleep product. Her parents found her face down and unconscious in the bassinet at home. She never regained consciousness and was pronounced dead. She had been able to push herself up and out of the bassinet's restraints.

Incident Description: I represent the parents of an 8 month old baby who died while in a Fisher-Price Rock 'n Play. On June 19, 2014 8 month old [REDACTED] was found unconscious by her parents face down in the Rock 'n Play. [REDACTED] never regarding consciousness and was pronounced dead. The parents recall using the restraints and that their baby had been able to push herself up out of the restraints.
