  • Incident Description: A 110v electric space heater, Lasko Model 754200 - Purchased from Amazon.com on 2/16/19, was knocked off the metal table onto my wood floor. This unit claims to have safety features but does not have any specific knock over protection. the unit continued to run melting the plastic housing and damaging my wood floor. There are plenty complaints online with others having issues with this product. It is dangerous, It could possible kill someone, and it needs to be recalled and removed from the market.
