Incident Description: This product was used as a bedside sleeper. My 3 day old infant was swaddled inside and as he wiggled as babies do, he rolled to the side of the sleeper with his face against the side of the sleeper. I believe the bassinet's mattress is not properly reinforced so the bottom stays flat and still. My infant's small motions caused the mattress to tilt and move side to side causing the baby to move/roll to the side. The sleeper was placed at the higher setting.
