consumer put baby in a swivel bassinet for naps and bed time. Noticed baby would wake up with face against side of bassinet swaddled. Noticed baby moves arms and creates movement that baby would towards the front/left side of bassinet. Noticed bassinet was leaning to side.

  • Incident Description: My daughter was born and we put her in the halo swivel bassinest for naps and bed time. She was only a week old weighing 8 lbs and 4 oz. We noticed that she would wake up with her face smashed up against the side of the bassinest when we woke up. She was swaddled and again she's a newborn so she doesn't have a lot of strength. I begin to watch her throughout the night to see what happens and how she gets like that. We then realized that while she is asleep and she moves her arms it creates enough movement that she would go to the front/left side of the bassinest. We realized that next morning it was leaning to that side. I read the safety hazards and precautions and it says that children under 20 lbs and not rolling or pushing up on hands and feet can safely use the product. But in our case she can not because she scoots to the side it is leaning on.
