Product Description: All Samsung French Door refrigerators manufactured in 2016 are prone to this manufacturer defect, per a 10/05/2017 Samsung Service Bulletin (Service Bulletin #: ASC20171005001). In addition to the defect (water accumulating/freezing in and under the crisper drawers), the refrigerator compartment of my refrigerator rises in temperature up to 44 degree Fahrenheit, despite the temperature setting of 36 degrees. This is based on a [REDACTED] analog refrigerator/freezer thermometer I purchased and placed in the refrigerator compartment. Samsung knows about these defects but refuses to issue a recall. These issues pose a safety hazard for me and my family (wife and son).

These temperatures have risen as high as 43 to 44 degrees, which is in the danger zone for safe food storage. In doing research, I have found that my situation is not isolated and Samsung refuses to recall these defective refrigerators.
