  • Incident Description: In 2018, my infant rolled over while in the Halo Bassinest and injured his head on a raised screw on the back of the electronics. I was informed by the company that there were certain bassinets that were sold in 2015 that had raised screws, for which they had a fix for. They sent me a back to fix the issue. I have since borrowed a 2015 Halo bassinest from a friend and it has the same raised screw issue and Halo is refusing to send the fix, since it’s “out of warranty,” although they previously told me it was a product defect.
