Baby Brezza Enterprises: We are very sorry to hear your concerns about the Formula Pro Advanced and also want to apologize for responding on such a tardy basis to this incident notification. For some reason, this Incident Notification was sent to an employee who left the organization and it didn't get sent to this person's replacement so it was missed by our company. Unfortunately, it’s difficult to determine what caused this issue based on the information contained in the report. However, based on our past experience with the Formula Pro Advanced, nearly every time there's an issue with dispensing accuracy, it's due to one of the critical set-up and usage directions not being followed so the machine operates properly. They include cleaning the mixing funnel after every 4 bottles, keeping the powder above the min line in the powder container and looking up the proper setting for the formula brand/type being used.
