Incident Description: I noticed the magnets inside the enclosed pockets of my FORT were broken in half, and the sharp corners of the pieces are starting to pierce through the outer fabric of the FORT. If the magnets successfully rip the fabric, exposing the rare earth magnets, this poses an immediate danger to my children, who can then ingest the sharp magnet pieces.
