Incident Description: Purchased “ Ingenuity Dream & Grow Bedside Baby Bassinet Adjustable Height Crib”, from Walmart. Began using the product with our newborn, soon after discontinued use due to a tilting base that caused baby to roll her face into the side. Contacted the company and they scheduled [REDACTED] to pick up the package and provide us 10 days after their receival with a return. Once they received the package, proved by tracking number, they never provided the promised refund. Evidence of the faulty and dangerous product was exchanged, through photos during multiple email communications. Which was swift. Swift email communication halted once they received the bassinet. No refund for dangerous product.
