  • Incident Description: I purchased Nectar Lush 12'' Memory Foam Mattress and the mattress tags do not mention that there is a fiberglass sock inside the mattress. There is also a tag that states it is okay to remove and machine wash the mattress cover. Also, to clarify I purchased this mattress on April 10, 2021 online yet the manufacture date on the tag is April 15, 2021. I have fiberglass on my clothing and bedding. I have has issues with my skin and digestive problems as a result.
