4 MOM has been jumping in the baby exerciser daily. Recently, 1side of stretch cord straps slipped out of the S Clip, causing one side to collapse with baby in it, His legs hit the floor & he was leaning towards collapsed side of the unit and stated that baby was startled.

  • Incident Description: We bought the Cosco Jump, Spin, and Play Activity Center a week ago from Walmart. My son has been jumping in it daily, and today one side of the bungee straps slipped out of the S Clip, causing one side to collapse with my 4 month old son in it. His legs hit the floor and he was leaning towards the collapsed side of the jumper. He was startled, no visible injuries.
