Incident Description: I purchase a Zinus Memory Foam 12 Inch Green Tea Mattress, King Size. Mattress started leaking Fiber Glass. i have experience and suffer ongoing health issues such as rashes on my face, hands, breathing problems, asthmatic respiratory up-tract issues and Gastrointestinal problems such as diarrhea. The Fiber glass went everywhere inside my house and has destroyed my entire furniture, clothes, dryer and washer machine, window curtains. Everything that you will see in a regular home has been destroyed due too the leak of a Zinus Memory Foam 12 Inch Green Tea Mattress, King Size bed. The fiberglass is still in my house, which at this point it has damaged the environmental breathing air of my room and house and i do not know how to get rid of this fiberglass due to the fact it is in the air. This is What i found online in relation to Fiberglass being airborne. “Fiberglass can enter the environment from the manufacture, use, and disposal of fiberglass-containing materials. Damaged or disturbed materials, such as fiberglass insulation, may release fibers into the air. Airborne fiberglass may eventually settle with other airborne particles as a part of dust”
