Incident Description: My 9 month old was using the Fisher Price Infant To Toddler Rocker, as per the manuals instructions, with the restraint and supervised. While she was in the seat she was able to roll onto her side, where she got stuck and had I not been sitting there watching her, she wouldn't have been able to get out of the position. I quickly removed her from the seat and discontinued use. I pulled the manual and verified that we had not surpassed any milestones- we hadn't.
